Rental Policies 

In order to ensure excellence in the delivery and set-up of your rental order, Events by Noonan will review the duties of the Rental Company and Client with you.  It is important to read the entire contract to understand all rights and responsibilites to support the successful execution of your event logistics, and to be prepared in the event that your event is affected by circumstances outside of our control.  

Reserving your equipment

  • Make sure to have a reservation for your equipment at least two weeks prior to your event date.  In order to make a reservation EBN will require a valid ID and a major credit card.  A deposit of 50% is due upon reservation with the balance owed due in full prior to the delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available for a fee.  EBN is able to deliver to areas that are vehicle accessible.  If there are stairs, elevators, tight hallways or a walking distance of more than 20' feet from the vehicle EBN must be notified in advance.

  • The rental product is typically "drop shipped" and the equipment should be returned in the same condidtion (Stacked properly).

  • Setup is available for Tables & Chairs.  Customer needs to provide a basic layout and we'll distribute based to your specifications.  However, please let EBN know in advance if you require setup for your event.

  • Denied Entry:  If access is denied for any reason a return trip fee will be added to your order.

  • PETS: EBN staff may not enter any area where there is an unrestrained pet.  Pets must be removed fron the designated work areas.

  • Delivery Time Frames:  Delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed times.  Scheduled deliveres can be ordered, however they must be made at least two weeks prior to your event.

Permits

  • Customer is to comply with all municipal, county, state and federal ordinances related to event such as use, safety, required permits unless otherwise stated on contract.  EBN can obtain permits as an additional service with a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice.  Service fees plus the cost of the permit is to be paid by the client

Cancellation

  • Cancellation fee of 25% of total will be withheld from your initial payment if reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to pick-up/delivery date.  A fee of 50% will be withheld if cancelled 11-29 days prior to pick-up/delivery date, and 100% of all rental fees are non-refundable if cancelled 10 days or less prior to pick-up/delivery date.
